The mother of all HS road trips is about to begin...

Paul Catalina, Rich Richardson and I are about to embark on a 2-day, several hundred mile road trip to broadcast games in Humble and Seymour.

We'll depart from Waco mid-morning on Thursday and head to Humble, approximately 180-miles and host "You Make The Call" and then the La Vega-Kirbyville game at 7:30pm on Mix929.

We'll drive from Humble to Corsicana and spend the night because we need to be in Seymour by Friday afternoon.

It's 395-miles from Humble to Seymour so that's 575-miles by Friday afternoon.

And, after broadcasting "You Make The Call" and the Crawford-Spearman game, we'll drive back to Waco, approximately 225-250 miles, and now we're at 800+-miles.

Oh boy!

I'm not sure what will be worse, the driving or me breaking up the cat fights between the two love birds, Paul and Rich.
