Seems like it should be 5-7 pounds after all what I've eaten, or what I haven't eaten. I've also been walking between 30-50 minutes each morning and/or afternoon.
I've eaten a ton of smoked turkey, chicken breast, Melba Toast, some cheese and LOT of lettuce with an occasional radish or TEN for taste.
No diet cokes since Saturday morning, working on finishing up my fourth day with them.
I can have one or two on Wednesday.
The only way I would've had more water is if I'd drowned.
Went by China Spring High School this morning for our broadcast information, I've completed spotter boards on West, Lorena and Mexia. I'll work on Lorena tonight, send it off to Kinko's for lamination and we're set.
Spent several minutes this morning voicing promotional announcements for our coverage of West-Lorena, China Spring and Robinson football, our weekly analyst segments and some of our pre-game, halftime and post-game billboards.
Lots going on, lots of working parts...still a lot to do.
