Yes, the first day of pads...

Those high school programs who began workouts on Monday, put on the pads for some contact this morning and afternoon.

This has always been one of my favorite days.

There will be more contact at any high school workout today than the Cowboys did throughout their first 2-weeks of training camp.

I know, I know, the pro's have to be protected because of their financial commitments and contracts, but I'll remain old-school on this one.

Let 'em hit a little bit.
