I spoke with Baylor head coach Art Briles during Saturday's practice and ran into Ray Woodard, the head football coach at Lamar University on Sunday.
Woodard once starred at the University of Texas, and was the head coach at Navarro College before taking the job to renew the football program at Lamar in Beaumont.
He mentioned they have accepted transfer Adren Dorsey, the DT who was released from the Texas A&M program. Dorsey's brother, Ashton is at UT, both played at John Tyler High School.
